Refund Policy

At The Angry Chipmunks Workshop, each piece is custom-made with care, built to order just for you. Because of this, we want to be transparent about how our refund process works.

  • Before Production Begins:
    If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation and refund before your item enters production. Canceled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

  • Once Production Has Started:
    Once we begin crafting your order, materials have already been purchased and work has started on your custom piece. At this stage, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

We appreciate your understanding—our small workshop is dedicated to making sure each piece is built with the highest level of detail, and this policy allows us to keep our standards high while honoring the time and materials that go into every build.
